Crispy Baked Turkey Wings

Tender and juicy inside and crispy outside, these crowd pleasing perfectly spiced turkey wings really hit the spot and easy to make.

Ingredients
or1-3 teaspoons cayenne pepper (Optional)
or2 cloves of garlic, minced
or2 tablespoons paprika
or2 tablespoons cumin
or1 tablespoon black pepper
or1/4 cup olive oil
or1 lemon juiced
or3 lbs turkey wings about 4 large wings
Preparation
1.
Mix all the spices, olive oil and lemon juice in one bowl.
2.
Cut the turkey wings into sections at the joints using a cleaver.
3.
Place the turkey wings in a large bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
4.
Let the wings marinate together as long as time permits, at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
5.
Place them on a baking sheet, spread an inch apart.
6.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and cook the wings for 3-5 minutes on each side until crispy.
