Greek Chicken Burger

Greek-Style Chicken Burger… A Chicken Burger Stuffed With Feta Cheese, Red Pepper, Parsley, Garlic, Red Onion And Seasonings. This Burger Is Light On Calories Without Sacrificing Flavor.

Ingredients
or1 pound ground chicken
or1/4 cup chopped red peppers
or3 tablespoons feta cheese
or2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
or1 teaspoon or 2 cloves minced garlic
or1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
or3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
or1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
1.
Turn on the grill to medium heat. If you don’t have access to a grill, these can also be baked. Preheat the oven to 375°F

Place the chicken, peppers, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper into a bowl. Stir until combined and then shape into 4 patties.

Place on the grill and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the inside is no longer pink or if cooking in the oven, cook on a baking sheet for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Optional toppings: sliced red onions, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, lettuce, tzatziki or dill sauce
