This frosty recipe is quick, easy and tastes just like the real thing without all the questionable ingredients.

Ingredients
or12 Ice Cubes
or1 Banana very ripe
or2 Tbl Raw Honey
or1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
or2 Tbl Raw Cacao Powder
or1 Cup Coconut milk
Preparation
1.
Place all ingredients in a blender.
2.
Starting on low speed, blend everything together, slowly turning the speed up to medium. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3.
Makes 2, 8-9 ounce servings.
