Simple Homemade Grape Juice

Wondering what to do with your leftover grapes once they start to soften? This quick and easy grape juice recipe requires no cooking – all you need is a blender!

Ingredients
or2 Cups Black Seedless Grapes
or1/2 Cup Chilled Water
or2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
orSugar to Taste
orPinch of Salt
orIce Cubes
Preparation
1.
WASH THE GRAPES under cold water and drain well
2.
Add grapes, water and sugar, if desired, to blender. Blend until smooth.
3.
Strain juice mixture and discard pulp.
4.
Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt, and stir.
5.
Skim any white foam off the top.
6.
Pour over ice and serve immediately.
7.
*ADDITIONAL SUGAR OR LEMON JUICE MAY BE DESIRED BASED ON THE SWEETNESS OF THE GRAPES.
