Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

These creamy garlic mashed potatoes are so good, you can serve them plain—no butter or gravy is needed. This is the only way we prepare mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
or6 medium units (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) of potatoes, red, flesh and skin, raw (1278 g)
or3 cloves of garlic, raw (9 g)
or2 Tbsp of earth Balance, Original, Buttery Spread (28 g)
or1/2 Cup of silk, Almond Milk, Unsweetened (58 g)
or1/2 tsp of salt, table (3 g)
or1 1/4 Cup of nutritional Yeast (15 g)
Preparation
1.
Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.

Drain well. Add the butter, milk and salt; mash. Stir in nutritional yeast.
