Ingredients
or2 tbsps of cheese, cream (29 g)
or1 large unit of egg, whole, raw, fresh (50 g)
or12 tbsps of butter, salted (170 g)
or1/8 tsp of leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium (1 g)
or1 tbsp of cream, fluid, heavy whipping (15 g)
Preparation
1.
Mix the above ingredients in a blender (Magic Bullet works great).
2.
Pour into a hot waffle iron and cook through.
3.
Optional: Serve with your favorite keto approved syrup, buttermilk syrup, berries and whipped cream.
