About me

Hello and nice to meet you! I'm Lindsay Young of Eat Young Nutrition, my nutrition consulting business! I'm 26 years old and I've been a Registered Holistic Nutritionist since 2012. In 2017 I completed my undergraduate studies in nutritional sciences.

As a nutritionist, I value the approach of holism and functional nutrition. This implies that the body is to be fully understood only by reference to the whole. I aim to educate my clients on the functional properties of whole foods and their applications in the diet.

During our initial consultation, we:

Speak in depth about your family history, your relationship with food all the way back to your childhood (and even earlier, sometimes), your current and desired measurements including blood pressure and cholesterol, your lifestyle and current food habits. I gather a lot of information about you to give you the most precise care, which is why the initial consultation should take around 60 minutes. There are many facets to your unique experience and history that I need to consider as a nutritionist before designing a meal plan.

Working with me, you’ll have access to the Nutrium software & mobile app where you can easily track your food, exercise and water intake. You can expect to receive bi-weekly, one of a kind meal “plans” from me while we work together. I never reproduce meal plans, they are incredibly catered towards YOU! But on top of the nutrition recommendations, I also provide you with daily water goals, exercise objectives synced to your phone, access to every one of my recipes plus hundreds of other delicious and healthy recipes, supplement recommendations, daily motivation from me, and more!

Follow up: $75
