Lexi became an Integrataive Nutrition Health Coach through the respected Insitute of Integrative Nutrition. Prior to leading individuals into a healthier lifestyle, Lexi worked as a Recreational Therapist and still continues this work today. Lexi has worked with many individuals in therapy through cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual programs. Combining her passion for recreation and health coaching, Lexi continues to practice her holistic approach by truly connecting and getting to know her clients and assisting them to build the lifestyle they have always wanted
