Oatmeal breakfast loaf

Ingredients
or4 tablespoons sugar free maple flavoured syrup
or1 banana, sliced
or1 cup rolled oats
or1 tablespoon of chia Seeds
or1/2 cup almond milk
or1 teaspoon baking powder
orPinch of salt
or1 tablespoon cinnamon
or1 teaspoon vanilla essence
or1 free range egg
or1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Preparation
1.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2.
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl
3.
Then add the egg, vanilla essence, maple syrup, coconut oil, sliced banana and then the almond milk last
4.
Depending on the consistency of the mixture add a little bit more milk if you need to
5.
Transfer mixture into a non stick baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
