Green Eggs

Ingredients
or1 large unit of egg, whole, raw, fresh (50 g)
or2 large units of egg, white, raw, fresh (66 g)
or1 cup of spinach, raw (30 g)
or0.06 cups, crumbled of cheese, feta (9 g)
or1 tbsp of spices, parsley, dried (2 g)
or1/2 tbsp of butter, salted (7 g)
Preparation
1.
In a ninja blender, combine eggs, spinach, and parsley. Blend well.
2.
Heat a small pan on medium-high and melt butter.
3.
Pour in the eggs, salt, and pepper. Flip within 2-3 minutes.
4.
Top with feta cheese as the bottom cooks.
5.
Serve.
