Blueberry Protein Pancake Muffins

Ingredients
or2 cups of beverages, almond milk, unsweetened, shelf stable (524 g)
or2 large units of egg, whole, raw, fresh (100 g)
or1.5 cups, unthawed of blueberries, frozen, unsweetened (233 g)
or1 scoop of 1st Phorm Level-1 Whey Vanilla Protein (37 g)
or2 cup of kodiak Cakes Powercakes Mix (148 g)
Preparation
1.
Preheat the oven with 350F and mix the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
2.
Spray 2 pans with 12 muffin openings each with coconut oil spray
3.
Pour in the batter and spoon a tablespoon of frozen blueberries on each muffin
4.
Bake for 18 minutes
5.
Let the muffins rest for 10 minutes before placing on the cooling rack
6.
Serve
