or1 cup, chopped of peppers, sweet, green, raw (149 g)
or1 cup, chopped of peppers, sweet, red, raw (149 g)
or1 unit, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) of peppers, sweet, yellow, raw (186 g)
or1 cup, chopped of onions, raw (160 g)
or3 cloves of garlic, raw (9 g)
or1 tsp of salt, table (6 g)
or1 tsp, ground of spices, pepper, black (2 g)
or1 tablespoon of oil, olive, salad or cooking (14 g)
or4 links of aidells Chicken Apple Sausage (364 g)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400F

Line a baking sheet with foil

Mix all of the ingredients except for spices and place all in the baking sheet
4.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
5.
Cook for 18 minutes
