Protein Brownie in a Mug

Ingredients
or1 scoop of 1st Phorm Level-1 Whey Vanilla Protein (37 g)
or1/8 cup of sugars, granulated (25 g)
or1 tbsp of cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened (5 g)
or1/8 cup of applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (31 g)
or1/8 tsp of vanilla extract (1 g)
or1/8 cup of water, bottled, generic (30 g)
or1/8 cup of kodiak Cakes Powercakes Mix (9 g)
or1/2 tsp of oil, industrial, coconut, principal uses candy coatings, oil sprays, roasting nuts (2 g)
Preparation
1.
Spray a mug with coconut oil

Combine all ingredients in the mug
3.
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (depending on your microwave)
