Healthy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
or1.5 cups of cereals, QUAKER, Quick Oats, Dry (120 g)
or1.25 cups of beverages, chocolate almond milk, unsweetened, shelf-stable, fortified with vitamin D2 and E (300 g)
or1/2 unpacked cup of sugars, brown (73 g)
or2 small units (6" to 6-7/8" long) of bananas, raw (202 g)
or2 large units of egg, white, raw, fresh (66 g)
or2 tbsps of honey (42 g)
or0.06 cups of applesauce, canned, unsweetened, with added ascorbic acid (15 g)
or1 tsp of vanilla extract (4 g)
or1/2 cup of wheat flour, whole-grain (60 g)
or1 tsp of leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium (5 g)
or1/2 tsp of leavening agents, baking soda (2 g)
or1/2 tsp of salt, table (3 g)
or3/4 cup of mini chips of candies, semisweet chocolate (130 g)
Preparation
1.
Pour the oats and almond milk into a large bowl; mix well. Rest for 30 mins

Line muffin pan with 12 liners and lightly spray with oil

Preheat oven to 400F

Add brown sugar, mashed banana, egg whites, honey, applesauce, and vanilla to oats
5.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
6.
Slowly add the flour mixture ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until incorporated
7.
Fold in chocolate chips
8.
Pour batter into the muffin pan
9.
Bake 24-28 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
10.
Cool before serving
