Ginger Chicken & Broccolini Stir Fry

Ingredients
or16 oz of chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw (452 g)
or4 cups chopped of broccolini, raw (160 g)
or1.5 cups of rice, brown, medium-grain, raw (285 g)
or1 cup of soup, chicken broth, low sodium, canned (240 g)
or2 cups, pieces or slices of mushrooms, white, raw (140 g)
or2 cups of water, bottled, generic (474 g)
or4 tbsps chopped of chives, raw (12 g)
or4 cloves of garlic, raw (12 g)
or6 tsps of ginger root, raw (12 g)
or4 tbsps of soy sauce made from soy (tamari) (72 g)
or2 tablespoons of oil, sesame, salad or cooking (27 g)
Preparation
1.
Cook rice, broth, and water in the rice cooker
2.
Slice chicken into strips
3.
In a skillet, warm the sesame oil on medium heat
4.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 10 mins
5.
Add the vegetables and spices; cook for 2-3 mins
6.
Serve over 1 cup of rice
