Ingredients
or1.5 cups of oat flour, partially debranned (156 g)
or3.5 tsps of leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium (18 g)
or1 tsp of salt, table (6 g)
or3 tsps of sugars, granulated (13 g)
or1.25 cups of milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added nonfat milk solids and vitamin A and vitamin D (306 g)
or1 large unit of egg, whole, raw, fresh (50 g)
or0.185 cups of applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (45 g)
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a large bowl

Add milk, egg, and applesauce

Whisk together

Melt butter in a frying pan with medium heat
5.
Pour a 1/4 cup of batter into the pan (they will get bigger)
