or1 small unit of onions, raw (70 g)
or1 cup of spinach, raw (30 g)
or4 cups of soup, chicken broth, low sodium, canned (960 g)
or16 oz of pasta, dry, enriched (456 g)
or1/3 cups of oat flour, partially debranned (34 g)
or1/2 cup of butter, salted (114 g)
or3/4 cup, whipped of cream, fluid, heavy whipping (90 g)
or3/4 cup of milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added nonfat milk solids and vitamin A and vitamin D (184 g)

Preparation
1.
In a large pot, melt butter

Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic
3.
Add heavy cream, milk, and broth
4.
Heat to boiling
5.
Transfer to slow cooker & add remaining ingredients
6.
Cook on low for 1-1.5 hours
