His background is in athletics, a City Champion & representing Liverpool at the 200 metres sprint & football, representing Merseyside on numerous occasions.
His clients range from young children, teenagers, adults & later life all with varying abilities & goals & has banked approximately 3000 hours 121 personal training time.
Richard is passionate about nutrition & is a qualified Precision-Nutrition Coach, he believes nutrition plays a major role in any goal sought.
He has a proven record of coaching major body composition changes whether that is to safely gain weight (muscle mass) or to safely lose weight (body fat)
With a high retention rate, clients have trained with Richard for anywhere between 8 months & 3 years.
