About me

Hi I'm Stacey, owner and operator of Healthy Nutritional Consult.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics and am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Paramedical Science.
At Healthy Nutritional Consults we used evidence-based dietary and nutritional recommendations to assist in the management of a range of health concerns and prevention and treatment of disease. Our core values are set around installing healthy personal relationships with food, finding balance in ones diet and setting realistic achievable outcomes.


Nutrition is defined as "The process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth" whilst Dietetics is "the branch of knowledge concerned with the diet and its effects on health, especially with the practical application of a scientific understanding of nutrition".

New Recipe

Lightly coat zucchini in oil, and cook in non-stick frying pan over medium heat for for 4-5 minutes until lightly brown and tender. Remove from frying pan.
Lightly coat chicken breast in oil, and cook in non-stick frying pan over medium heat for roughly 10 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Ensure to turn both sides.
Cut pita pocket in half crossways and gently open to make a pocket. Spread ricotta inside of pocket.
Fill pocket with zucchini, chicken and spinach. Season with pepper and salt. Serve.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Portions: 1

Place half the all-bran original®, half the banana, a handful of your favourite berries (eg. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) and yoghurt into a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving bowl.
Sprinkle remaining all-bran on top.
Decorate with a few more sliced fresh berries or banana to serve.
