Our core values are set around installing healthy personal relationships with food, finding balance in ones diet and setting realistic achievable outcomes.

Nutrition is defined as "The process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth" whilst Dietetics is "the branch of knowledge concerned with the diet and its effects on health, especially with the practical application of a scientific understanding of nutrition".
