Hi I'm Stacey, owner and operator of Healthy Nutritional Consult.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics and am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Paramedical Science.
At Healthy Nutritional Consults we used evidence-based dietary and nutritional recommendations to assist in the management of a range of health concerns and prevention and treatment of disease. Our core values are set around installing healthy personal relationships with food, finding balance in ones diet and setting realistic achievable outcomes.

Mix chicken mince, egg, Parmesan, dried basil and salt & pepper to make 10-12 big balls (per pound) with the help of a pair of spoons.
Heat up olive oil in a big nonstick frying pan and add the raw meatballs. There should be a little space between the balls. Brown over medium heat, turning the balls often, until they are browned on all sides. It takes about 15 minutes.
Add cream and tomato paste. Boil and let it simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add fresh basil right before you serve.
Boil the broccoli in lightly salted water for a few minutes. Serve it up with a small dollop of butter next to the chicken meatballs and cream sauce.

Add eggs, cottage cheese and psyllium husk to a medium size bowl and mix together. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken up a bit.
Heat up butter or oil in a non-stick skillet. Fry the pancakes on medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes on each side. Don't make them too big or they will be hard to flip.
Add cream to a separate bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
Serve the pancakes with the whipped cream and berries of your choice.
