Apple Crumble Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients
or100 grams of yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
or13 grams of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
or20 grams of granny smith apple,thinly sliced
or10 grams of almond Meal
or15 grams of rolled Oats
or5 grams of walnuts, diced
or1/2 tsp of nutmeg, ground (1 g)
or1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (2 g)
or1/2 tsp Stevia
or1 tsp of oil, coconut (5 g)
Preparation
1.
First, prepare Apple Crumble. Add almond meal, oats, walnuts and nutmeg to a bowl and mix well. Stir through coconut oil, stevia and vanilla extract and set aside.
2.
Add Greek yoghurt to a bowl with protein powder and mix until smooth. Arrange apple slices on the yoghurt.
3.
Top with Apple Crumble mix. Serve.
