Ingredients
or40 grams of lentils, red, split, dried, raw/ 2 столовые ложки чечевицы красной
or20 grams of rice, white, short-grain, enriched, uncooked/ 1 столовая ложка риса
or100 grams of onion, raw/ 1 луковица
or1 tablespoon of oil, olive (11 g)/ 1 столовая ложка масла
or250 grams of beverages, water, bottled, non-carbonated, PEPSI, AQUAFINA/ 1 стакан воды

Preparation

1. Wash then rinse the lentil and rice. Place them with the chopped onion in casserole, add water, season with ground pepper, salt, olive oil. 2.When ready process the mixture until having a smooth soup, serve with lemon and chopped parsley.
