Real food on a plate. A burger. Cheese. Arugula and avocado. Because a keto dinner doesn't have to be complicated.

Ingredients
or6 oz of beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, loaf, cooked, baked (170 g)
or2 tsps of seasoning mix, dry, taco, original (6 g)
or2 slices (2/3 oz) of cheese, cheddar, sharp, sliced (38 g)
or1/2 cup, chopped of peppers, jalapeno, canned, solids and liquids (68 g)
or1 cup, cubes of avocados, raw, all commercial varieties (150 g)
or6 leaves of arugula, raw (12 g)
or1 tablespoon of oil, olive, salad or cooking (14 g)
or1 tbsp of salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular (14 g)
Preparation
1.
Mix ground beef, Tex-Mex seasoning and water. Form one burger per serving.
2.
Salt and pepper to taste. Plate the burger along with avocado, lettuce, jalapeños and crème fraiche or mayonnaise. Drizzle olive oil on the vegetables.
