No. Nutrium does not charge based on the number of clients you have. Instead you can choose your subscription package based on the number of clients of consult in a month - active clients. Each month you can activate new clients.
An active client in Nutrium is considered to be a client profile in which you update any information, their meal plans or chat with them through the app. Adding a new client to the database and scheduling an appointment does turn them active.
Can I extract my client's information added to the software?

What's the main difference between the two packages?
Both packages allow you to organise all your clients' information, make an accurate nutritional assessment, create meal plans and dietary analysis. The main difference between them is regarding the mobile app for your clients.
On the Meal Plans Package, all your clients have access to the Nutrium mobile app for free to check their meal plan and recommendations and to receive notifications at meal times, to drink water and track physical activity.
On the follow-up package, you can deliver a better follow-up to the client. In addition to all the features described above, it also as a chatting feature built in, the ability for clients to confirm, cancel or reschedule appointments and also to make weight logs regularly.
