Delicious light pancake with gratted apple
Ingredients
or1 large unit of egg, whole, raw, fresh (50 g)
or50 grams of wheat flour, whole-grain

or100 grams of apples, raw, gala, with skin
or3 grams of leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium

Preparation

Beat eggs and white with the yogurt until all smooth.
Add milk2.
Mix baking powder and flour togeher and add to the eggs
Beat well until free of lumps3.
Grate the apple and add to the rest.4.
