Ingredients
or2 slices of bread, whole-wheat, commercially prepared (64 g)
or2 tbsps of peanut Butter, smooth (32 g)
or1 medium unit (7" to 7-7/8" long) of bananas, raw (118 g)

Toast the bread Spread the peanut butter on each slice Cut the banana and place on the peanut butter, close the sandwich with the other slice of toasted bread
