Inspiração: "A pitada do pai"

Ingredientes
ou125g of non fat plain yogurtou125g of egg whites
ouSalt to taste
ou1 cup of unsweetened corn flakes or rolled oat flakes
ou1 table spoon of olive oil
ouBlack pepper to taste
ou1 table spoon of oregano
ou1 lemon
ou250g of chicken steaks
Preparação
1.
Pre heat the oven to 200ºC
2.
Place the chicken diced steaks in a bowl, as well as the remaining ingredients for the marinade (yogurt, oregano or parsley and salt).
3.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally the day before.
4.
Coarsely grind the corn flakes.
5.
Put the cereals in a bowl, the oil, the pepper, the salt and mix well.
6.
Coat the chicken cubes, one by one, in the crust mixture, pressing well, in order to grab the mixture and place them on the tray (lined with parchment paper).
7.
Cook on the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
8.
Serve drizzled with lemon juice.
