I have been working in the health and wellness industry for over 5 years as a nutrition and fitness coach and have degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian I enjoy helping my clients reach their health goals and feel their best through healthy lifestyle changes including food and exercise recommendations. I have a background in sports physiology and while I work with a broad spectrum of clientele, I especially enjoy working with athletes. As a former college athlete, I understand the importance of proper fueling for sport and the difference it can make on performance.
