Hi, my name is Navnit. I am 26 years old and I hold a Bsc in Foods Nutrition and Dietetics from Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya. I am a registered member of the Kenya Nutritionists and Dietetics Institute

As a healthcare professional, I always try to stay up-to-date with the latest research in nutrition. This helps to achieve best results for my clients'.

At the moment I am working with a team of other professionals at a wellness center on Limuru Road. On the side, I am volunteering at Guru Nanak Ramgharia Hospital. I have also worked at various other organizations where I have gained experience in the fields of maternal and child nutrition, Sports nutrition, Geriatric nutrition among others

Assess clients' nutrition needs and diet
Counsels patients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits
Develop meal plans and recipes, taking both cost and clients' preferences into account
Promote better nutrition by conducting nutrition workshops for a group on healthy eating and preventing or managing specific diseases
