or3 medium units of tomatoes, standard, raw (255 g)
or200 grams of cucumber, with peel, raw

or1 small unit of onions, raw (70 g)
or50 grams of mint, fresh

Combine all veggies in bowl, add sumac,salt, lemon juice and olive oil.Gently toss with baked pita pieces.
